Welcome to the Capitol Hill Monitors ARC250 .mem files library. Here you will find files that can be used with the popular ARC250 software for the Uniden BC250D/785D/296/796 Digital Trunktrackers. Files are in .zip format, so you will need a zip utility such as WinZip to unpack them.

Files for our coverage area (Maryland, DC, Northern Virginia and Southern Delaware) are welcome from the following applications:
