NARRATIVE:
On 05/28/2010 at approximately 1630 hours TFC. I. Barkley of the Maryland
State Police conducted a traffic stop of a 1994 Chevrolet passenger car
for speeding. Upon contacting the driver, Michael Orlando, the odor of marijuana
was detected inside the vehicle. A search of the vehicle was conducted and
suspected marijuana was located in the passenger area. Orlando placed under
arrest and taken to the Berlin Barrack for processing.

BRIEF RESUME: On 05/28/2010 at approximately 2346 hours Tpr. Grozier was working a field sobriety checkpoint west bound Rt. 50 at Man O' War Ln., Ocean City, Worcester County, Maryland 21842. Tpr.Grozier was alerted by an automatic tag reader that a 2007 Chevy sedan bearing Maryland registration 5FTC47 had suspended registration. Tpr. Grozier stepped out in front of the vehicle and made contact with the above individuals. Tpr. Grozier immediately detected a strong odor of Marijuana emitting from the vehicle. A probable cause search was conducted and the above suspects were arrested for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance: NOT MARIJUANA, Warrant Service, Providing a False Fictitious Name to a Police Officer

Narrative: On 05/29/2010 at approximately 0138hrs Tpr. A. Smith of the Maryland
State Police conducted a traffic stop of a black passenger car for a traffic
violation. Upon contacting the driver, Shermel R Adams, the odor of marijuana
was detected inside the vehicle. A search of the vehicle was conducted and
suspected marijuana was located. Adams was placed under arrest and taken to
the Berlin Barrack for processing.

NARRATIVE:
On 05/29/2010 at approximately 1630 hours Tpr. T Morton Jr. of the Maryland
State Police conducted a traffic stop of a gold Lexus passenger car for a seatbelt
violation. Upon contacting the driver, Korey Andrew Jeffers, the odor of marijuana
was detected inside the vehicle. A search of the vehicle was conducted and suspected
marijuana was located in the center consoled are. A brown, wooden box containing
a ceramic cigarette type smoking device containing marijuana residue was also
located in the trunk area of the vehicle. Jeffers and the passenger, Hunter
Macbain were placed under arrest and taken to the Berlin Barrack for processing.
