Millsboro- On June 30, 2007, at approximately 9:30 a.m., Troopers were dispatched to the Mountaire Plant on State Route 24 in Millsboro in reference to a stabbing. Upon their arrival a 26-year-old Georgetown resident was being treated by EMS. He had a wound on his left calf area that was bleeding profusely.

At the scene, and prior to being transported to Beebe Emergency Room, the victim identified his attacker as Donald J. Brown, 48, of the 3300 block of Irish Hill Road in Magnolia. He advised Brown opened his truck door and stabbed him in the leg as he was seated inside.

Troopers checked the area and contacted Brown in the Mountaire employee parking lot. He was taken into custody without incident.
