Resume:
On Thursday July 16, 2009 a general broadcast was placed by the Sussex County Emergency Operations center regarding a suspected drunk driver. Delaware State Police responded to the area of US 113 Ellendale in an effort to locate the driver. State Police was provided updated information continually regarding the location of the operator.

A blue 1989 Chevrolet C15 truck was spotted by State Police and appeared to be exceeding the posted speed limit of 50 mph. State stopped the vehicle which was driven by Harold D. Warrington of Georgetown. Delaware State Police conducted standardized field sobriety test on Warrington. As a result of the DUI testing Warrington was arrested on the above listed offenses.

Warrington was remanded to Sussex Correctional Institute after failing to post bail.
