BRIEF RESUME:
On 7/17/2009 at approximately 1203hrs the Maryland State Police responded to a single vehicle crash with injury. Investigation revealed that the driver Ilana Vojnovich was traveling eastbound on Rt. 50 when she lost control of her vehicle, striking a curb over turning one and half times coming to rest on its side. All occupants sustained minor injuries in the crash. The Maryland State Police Medevac responded to the scene and transported Nicholas Loving to Shock Trauma in Baltimore. The other occupants and driver were transported to Easton Memorial with non life threatening injuries.

CHARGES: Driver was cited for negligent driving.
