POLICE TOW MAZDA WITH STUCK HORN

When the horn on this Mazda SE continuously squealed Saturday around 10 p.m., Rehoboth police declined to tow it until after 11 p.m. (when the noise ordinance takes effect). The car was parked in a metered spot in front of the Breakers Hotel on Maryland Avenue with time in the meter until past midnight. Blue Hen towed the vehicle away with the horn still sounding.
