OPERATOR 2: Robert Rodney Price 44 yr old male, with a Fort Washington, MD address
VEHICLE 2: 2003 Dodge Caravan with MD registration

OPERATOR 3: Sean Geoffrey Davis 35 yr old male, with a Herdon, VA address
VEHICLE 3: 2009 Toyota Avalon with VA registration

BRIEF RESUME:
On the above date and time V # ’s 1 and 2 were Westbound US 50 near the 54 MM in lane #1. V#1 struck vehicle #2 in the rear forcing V#2 into lane #2 striking V#3. All three vehicles were disabled and towed from the scene. The operator and two children in V#1, the operator of V#2 and the operator and two passengers in V#3 were transported to Easton Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.

CHARGES: Operator V#1 was charged with failing to reduce speed to avoid a collision.
