BRIEF RESUME:
On 8/29/09 at approximately 1212hrs Maryland State Police were dispatched to the intersection of E/B Shore Hwy (404) at Harmony Rd (Rt. 16) for a motor vehicle crash involving three vehicles. Investigation revealed that Justin Frantz, operating the Chevrolet Cavalier was traveling east on 404 failing to give full attention to the red-light he was approaching at the intersection of Harmony Rd. Frantz struck the gold Toyota SUV on the right rear passenger side causing it to slide sideways into the rear part of the Chevrolet Passenger Van. All operator’s of the vehicles refused medical treatment. The Chevrolet Cavalier and Toyota SUV both were non functional and were towed by Knott’s Towing. The Chevrolet Van was able to drive away with minor damage. All events occurred in Caroline County.

CHARGES: Failure to reduce speed to avoid collision.
