BRIEF RESUME:
On July 24, 2009 at approximately 1617 hours, Trooper Brent and Corporal Lambden of the Maryland State Police investigated a motor vehicle collision on Rt 50 at Chateau Drive. Upon arriving at the scene, both found the Honda Civic overturned with two people trapped inside the vehicle. The Troopers met with Eric Marcellus Lester, the driver of the vehicle, and he stated he didn’t know what had happened. He stated he lost control of his vehicle. There were a total of five people inside the vehicle. All were checked by medical personnel and two were flown out to Johns Hopkins.
